Superb firm to deal with enquires, had an issue transfering contacts to second phone instructions not in booklet that comes with the phone, contacted LiGo by email and received an email straight back from them with the clear instructions on how to do it and it worked a treat they could not have been more helpful it's a pity there are not more firms around like LiGo, would certainly use them again.

I have bought phones from liGo for quit e a few years and have always been very pleased with them and their customer service is excellent. recently bought one and I wasn't able to get the answer machine to work and the guy spent a lot of time helping me to try and fix it and he said they would send me a new base. I have called them a few times for help with setting up some things on the phone and they are always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend this company to all and have already done it to my family and friends. I also have a 2 year guarantee on my phone and most companies only give you 1 year. Try them next time you need a new phone or phones and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

i bought a twin c575a I feel sure these are a returned item there is no protective cover on any hand set or base , Volume very poor compared to advert hype I have a feeling ring on incoming call is not working . Maybe that is why they have been returned

Outstanding. LiGo is comprehensively first class all round - excellent website, range of products, ease of ordering and great support when I ordered the wrong item! Binoculars purchased as a gift, and were of very high quality. Chat worked very well. Sadly, service such as this is seldom experienced these days and is to be valued highly. Well done!

I ordered two new phones from liGo, as my old ones were really hard to hear. I went by liGo recommendation and bought Gigaset. They are excellent - really clear and easy to use. I had a small query and liGo answered my e mail within minutes - a pleasant change from most companies. Thank you.

Loudspeaker problem after 1 year solved.
I have purchase two sets of phones from Ligo 1st set of three phones second purchase 2 set phone all over approx 6years. all my contact referring to use and operation of phones has been excellent I recently returned a phone due to loudspeaker problem and the discussions between myself and Ligo staff first class. Problem solved, and I am happy with result

Purchased 1off TGH723EB (3 set) + 3… goods should have better manuel
Purchased 1off TGH723EB (3 set) + 3 single TGHA72EB on 12/5/22 goods arrived 14/5/22 - unpacked read full and only guide with goods, unable to connect the 3 single units to main unit as no signal - wasted 4 hrs on Sunday 15/5/22 trying to work out how to get single phones to connect to main base until. Monday managed to contact Iigo help desk at 08-45hrs after emails and using mobile phone to talk over problem helpful guy talked me through the linking up process for all 6 telephones - now all working at 11-15hrs. If any complaint the goods delivered should be able to tell you how to connect the extra telephones to the base, and you should not have to waste time trying to guess how to connect. Had a set of headphones for 6 months then they stopped working got in touch with the company and they where very helpful they sent me a return label at there cost so I sent them back and they sent me a brand new set I thought the service was excellent and would not hesitate to use them again Mr David Pounder
